Aquallor the second layer of Arborea

Aquallor is the second layer ofArborea, the olympic gardens, it is covered by a ten meter deep sea with many medium size monsters and some travelers tra use it as a pathway between planes, there are permanent portals at many points around the layer to other seas all over the planes , these pathways are invisible what makes it almost impossible to navigate without knowing it well. along with the portals to other large and known planes it is the only way to access to the realm of many aquatic gods
Along with the sailors who come across the layer, there are a few permanent settlement two of them are the most important are Pirtus a city of pirates who is made out of parts of ships and is floating around the layer and Sinigalas who is a large trade city at the center of the layer and is held there with around 10000 ankers of the wight of about 1ton each
