Banehold

Banehold is a minor plane who once was a part of The nine hells who hosted a portal to the most outer part of The abyss , the portal proved as a hassle and not worth keeping Bane  who know about the portal offered to take that part of the devil's hands something the devil accepted for the price of a few thousand souls a price who bane paid and pressed to disconnect the part from the hells and make a city around the portal and a castle near it for himself and his highest advisers and uses the portal for disposal of unwanted souls

Geography

A giant never ending desert most of it baron and filled with monstrosities from all the outer planes, but the center of the plane is home to bane's fortress and a city of his worthy followers and his creations
