Sirpaleikko
Sirpaleikko is a homebrew Dungeons and Dragons setting inspired by many other settings like Faerun, Exandria, Ravnica and Eberron and also different systems like 13th Age and Astraterra. It draws material from games like Guild Wars 2, Final Fantasy XIV and Elder Scrolls. It also gets its influence from popular culture and real world from varying sources. Campaigns in it are played in Finnish so most of the English terms and names have been translated.
In between translating materials and moving them from Drive to World Anvil. Materials will be in both languages but details and extent will differ depending on how the material has been originally created and written (in the game or outside the game).
