If you're hungry when you leave us, it's not our fault.

Here at the Pig & Cow in stunning Sitka Cove, we believe in good food and lots of it. We've got an all-day breakfast for everyone, from the granola lover to the hungry trucker, a lunch menu, and a special one for kids. Afterward, ask about our desserts. Our coffee cups and water glasses are bottomless, we have a wide selection of tea, pop, milkshakes, and juices.
Can't stay? Take it to go! Within Sitka Cove town lines, we deliver - ask for more details. And remember, if your service was pleasant, tip the wait staff.

Breakfast

All Day Breakfast Pigs, Clucks 'n 'Cakes - 3 eggs, bacon, pancakes (ask about our vegetarian options)

• Granola, fruit & yogurt
• Fruit & bagel combo
• Omelette, toast, hash browns, baked beans (fillings available - ham, bacon, venison, sausage, cheese, mushrooms, peppers, spinach, onions)
• Pancakes with seasonal fruit on the side (ask about your fruit choices)

Vegetarian Breakfast Melt (tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, and a fried egg smothered under cheese atop crispy toast)

Lunch Menu

(Sandwiches can have fries added)

• Chicken salad sandwich made with real mayo, lettuce, tomato & served with a pickle on the side. You choose between whole wheat, rye, or white bread
• Grilled cheese & bacon. Choose your bread & your cheese! Served with a pickle on the side
• Tuna salad sandwich made with real mayo, lettuce & served with a pickle. You choose your bread
• Clucker Wrap - Sliced, grilled chicken with Caesar salad on a large tortilla
• Smoked Moo on Rye. Stacked smoked meat high on toasted rye and topped with melted Swiss. Served with a side of sauerkraut & a dill pickle
• CBT - Chicken, bacon & tomato served on your choice of grilled bread, topped with Swiss
• French fries - Peeled here, cut here, always fresh. Topped with sea salt for an extra zing. (Ask about our chili fries!)
• House Salad This changes from day to day, so be sure and ask about ingredients!

Dinner Menu

• Homemade Baked Mac & Cheese served with house salad or fries, your choice
• Pig & Mac - Baked Mac & Cheese with smoked bacon mixed in. Don't miss this!
• Pig & Cow Classic - 1/4lb burger made from smoked beef & pork, topped with bacon and your choice of toppings on a buttered bun & served with House Fries or salad
• Mooloaf & Veggies - Smoked meatloaf & roasted vegetables
