Genostatic

A generally stable condition brought on by Genostasis, genostatic individuals have been conditioned to be resistant to most known illnesses. They are also thought to maintain youth and live longer than non-genostatic individuals, though there are of course many other contributing factors to these outcomes.   Research suggests there may be links between Genostasis and predisposition to xenopathogens (new/unknown illnesses) as well as late-stage mental deterioration, but such research is still in its infancy.
