Jubilants

A gang of Achronnoi in Duinbaile who agitated against Auvir occupation of Duinbaile and the surrounding area. Also called Jubils, Torches, Torch Bearers, Joys, and Fire Starters.
The Jubilants have historically set buildings aflame, stolen and despoiled sellable goods, and even claimed credit for riots.
