Jotnurralk
Most literally translated as “giant’s stalk”, jotnurralk can mean “giant-blooded”, a compliment that can apply to a person’s strength, fortitude, or lineage when coming from a Bear; or it can mean “giant-bastard”, a grievous insult (especially from a Wolf).
The difference, to all except the Bear, can be as arbitrary as the speaker, or as obvious as the tone of voice. In either case, it is wise not to use the term lightly.
