Karhule
At first glance, Karhule is nothing more than a wide, flat promontory jutting out from the sea cliffs. In a different climate it might be called a mesa. During the reign of Karn, a lesser urd named Oshar the Hairy climbed the promontory and discovered it to be peppered with tunnels and small chambers.
Oshar claimed this natural fortress as his own, carving a narrow path up to the flat top on which he built his own longhouse, and straightening and widening the tunnels for his use. The narrow path bottlenecked his enemies and the tunnels allowed him easy, secret access to send out raids or attack any besiegers.
