Ulfden

Once the primary stronghold against the raging warriors of the Bear lands, Ulfden now serves as the primary processing and training center for the human Tithe. Some of the greatest swordsmen and warriors of the Wolf clan live at Ulfden as instructors and patrol captains.

Men and women from the various clans wishing to test their mettle often travel to Ulfden to challenge these patrol captains. Losers (and they almost invariably lose) are assigned to the patrols, which can either rove the Sjonderwold righting wrongs, or be given a specific task or expedition as the patrol captains see fit. These expeditions are equally prized, as earning marks of success from a captain nets the winner fortune and glory.
