Barikon

A political rank within Rhomedan. Usually remnants of old feudal landlords, they hold power within the council based on the amount of land they own. This land is still considered to be in ownership of the Iron Emperor, but with full control by the Barikons even enabling them to proclaim additional laws on their lands.
