The Sphere of Time Scrying

The Sphere of Time Scrying is a powerful magical artifact, granted to the party by the head librarian of the Library of Lore of the plane of Concordant Opposition of the Outlands. It allows the attuned wielder to cast scrying once per day (with a DC of 18) and specify any previous point in time to look. The further back one casts their vision the more difficult and cloudy the spell becomes.
