Bellordin

Bellordin is a planar planetoid in the of the Quondam. Orbiting the planetoid is the celestial choir, a group of 8 moons, each producing distinct ever-changing ethereal melodies, tones, and rhythms. Their combined harmonies are believed to be synonymous with the very existence of Bellordin. This belief and the song itself is known as the "World Harmony". This song is not usually audible. At the centre of the world lies the "Resonant Heart", a gargantuan metallic sphere which harmonises and amplifies the song of the moons, allowing the world harmony to affect reality. One can hear the world harmony near the resonant heart itself, or through magical means.

Ethereal Melodies

The world harmony does not exist in the same one-dimensional spectrum as physical sound. In fact the usage of sound is more metaphore and analogy than precise correlation. Nonetheless, the world harmony can be perceived as sound in the physical, and physical sound can be used to influence it, changing the world around it.
The interference between the individual moons creates an intricate field of harmonics and amplitudes which dictates the reality of Bellordin.

Geography

The geography of Bellordin is determined by certain frequencies in the world harmony. Taller mountains are synonymous with a greater amplitude of some Geological frequencies for instance, or a river may be correlated with a certain melody emergent from the interference of several moons at a particular point.
