White Hand
The White Hand is a political group from Hekao who disagree with Hekaoan Succession and the manner in which the Ikane dynasty has been ruling. Although they have not publicly them, a number of terrorist acts including the assassination of Ikane Marka was attributed to them. This has lead to a widespread witch hunt for the members of the organisation. There are also theories that Ikane used this witch hunt to eliminate their political opponents.
