The Royal Guard.
The most well trained and equipped of all the Soldiers in Ciknos.
These soldiers are low in number but high in quality, capable of Fending off even the most deadly of beasts from harming the King.
Training
Their training comprises Insane amounts of sparing and exercise for 3 months.
After those three months, the Royal Guard are expected to succeed in the "5 Trials", all of them being feats of great prestige.

Any Failure on a Trial results in you having another 3 months of training before you start the Trials once more.
The First Trial is to go out to Outpost 1 and stay standing for 3 days. This is done in only a loincloth, and outside in the heat of the sun. You are granted a day of rest after this.
The Second Trial Is to go to Outpost 2, where you will be forced to Spar with another Candidate for 5 hours straight. Your form is graded, and if you fail the grading, you try again the next day. Any hit that is considered lethal is an Auto-pass. If you are hit with a lethal strike, you Fail and start as if you failed normally.
The Third Trial is at Outpost 3, From where you are expected to spend a Week in the harsh conditions of the Death Dunes whilst people hunt you down. If you survive, you are brought to Outpost 4.
At Outpost 4, you will endure the 4th Trial. After a week of surviving the harsh conditions, you will be forced to battle a beast. You must kill said beast, or fail in death. You will be resurrected and Failed.
For The Fith and Last Trial, you are brought back to Ciknos, where you are expected to last 5 minutes against Rohluna without getting hit. Of course, they will try as hard as they want to. The mission is simply to survive. Landing a Single hit on Rohluna is an instant pass.
Due to this intense and hard regime in order to be ordained as a member of the Royal Guard, there are very low numbers of them. In total, there are 12 officially ordained Royal Guard. In "Training and Trial", The period of time where you are Training to become a Royal Guard or are attempting to complete the trials for it, there are about 200 City Guard.
To Prove their Worthiness, Rohluna completed the training and Trials themself, Being able to Reach the Minimum time of 3 months and 14 days, the shortest time ever acquired.
Equipment
The Equipment that the Royal Guard don is extremely expensive and hard to make, making it one of the strongest pieces of equipment in Ciknos.
The Staff of Kinetic Wonder is as light as a feather but hits like a boulder. It has a magical enchantment that allows them to absorb the force behind blows that they parry, allowing them to later release it to make a hit they deliver much stronger.
The armour they wear is not only magically enhanced to endure harsh weather conditions but also extremely effective in absorbing damage.
