Cadav Venti

Cadav Venti, infernal for "winds of the passed", is a region of Skylark named after the culture and practices of those who live there. The populace has great respect for the dead. There's many regional holidays centered around paying respect to and protecting those who are no longer with us, be they ancestors, historical figures, or the general idea of anyone who came before you. Necromancy is heavily outlawed and regulated, even more strictly than is standard.
