Deggle Hinger is the owner and resident smith of Hinger's Hammer, the most muscled halfling on the lands of Skylark, and a father of two. He has a son and a daughter, Dino and Mari Hinger. He tands to keep to himself but cares deeply about the happiness and success of his kids and cares for them to the best of his ability.
