Dogdor

Dogdor is a dwarven keep set atop and inside Mt. Kuta Ukrypt. Its name roughly translates to 'near iron'. The local dwarf population calls it Dogdor-drukar (meaning home), while outsider dwarves call it Dogdor-rune (meaning familiar/known place), and non-dwarven outsiders tend to simply refer to it as Dogdor. The locals have a belief system that merges the main pantheon with ancestor worship. Their main favored gods are the Greatsmith and the Chainmaker, while they have a disdain for the Chainbreaker. Specific to their culture and beliefs is an insistence that accounts of the Greatsmith taking a centaur form is inaccurate, instead being a dwarf, while the Wildborne is instead the centaur. Some claim their very own bloodlines intertwine with that of the gods.

Industry & Trade

The mountain is rich in iron, so the village has a sizable mining population. Equally, there's plenty of smiths and artisans working with that iron.
