Femresh Qelvull

Femresh Qelvull is something of a vilage elder in Palud Vivente. He is a blue dragonborn man, seemingly in his 60s. Known to be wise and cautious, but otherwise teeming with hospitality. He leads the Order of the Ghostlayer, a fact he keeps hidden from the village at large, and up until recently his son Petril. He is talented with the bagpipe.
