Pact of the Lich

Serving a powerful lich queen, their goal is to turn the entire country of Skylark into undead. Little else is known about them, given their tendency to stay low. Despite being more similar to a cult than any mob or thieves' guild, all manners of shady organizations know and are cautious of them.
