Pramred Qelvull

Pramred was a male black dragonborn from Palud Vivente. He was born in a time when gem dragonborn were undisputed rulers, while the subservient metallic and chromatic dragonborn despised each other. At 13 years of age, he saw the civil war break out between the metallics and chromatics. He was conscripted, not entirely unwillingly. He was a genius in combat, and pioneered a never before seen technique of blood-based magic. He gained respect among his peers quickly, and became quite influential.
When he was 18 years of age, undead hordes arrived and terrorized both sides of the conflict. Despite his pleas to his superiors to establish a truce with the metallics and beat back the new threat, he was dismissed repeatedly. It was at this time that him, and a small number of his loyal followers defected from the army and established the Order of the Ghostslayer. This order kept the hordes at bay, and ended up pushing them out of Cadav Venti entirely. To this day, his descendants are the leaders of the Order of the Ghostslayer.
