Aliry
Aliry (a.k.a. Mother Nature)
"Nature does not think in evil and good actions, neither does Aliry. Balance in all actions and the preserving of life in all kinds are high goods. Do not live in houses built of stone and do not clear forests if not necessary for nature itself. Never disturb nature out of your own greed. Then, our mother nature will look at you with kind eyes." Priestess of Aliry during a mess.
Divine Domains
Plantlife and wilderness are the domains of Aliry. Every living plant can be seen as her blessing to the world, even if most are not grown directly by her. Those that are blessed by her, like the Alraunes, the Dryads or the Woodscale Lamias, as well as other individuals, gain the ability to let plants grow to their will and to accelerate their growth.
Places that are untouched by civilization are seen as her territory and her domain.
Divine Symbols & Sigils
Followers of Aliry use the leaves of plants, flowers, and drawings of big plans like trees as their symbols. Depending on the region and the small tribe, different symbols are used, often fitting the local flora. Aliry herself has no symbol of her own and supports none more than the other.

Physical Description
Body Features
There are many stories about tribes or single individuals meeting Aliry and all differ in their descriptions of the goddess. One tribe met her as a dryad with long green hair and an elegant body. Flowers were growing both in her hair and over her body. A farmer near a big forest described her as eyes staring out of a thorny mass, forbidding him to enter the forest to chop wood. Aliry takes many forms, but all have to do with plants, and depending on which message she wants to bring or which people she meets, her appearance differs heavily.
Special abilities
Goddess of Plantlife
As the goddess of plants, Aliry has strong control over all plant life. She can easily let plants grow faster or even move at her whim. Aliry uses this not only to let nature recover and retake areas but also as her personal defense and attack ability. Due to their usefulness, Aliry prefers thorny vines with dangerous poison flowers on them as her personal attack. One with the Plants
Aliry is nowhere and everywhere. All plant life in a huge area around her is connected with her; she can materialize in these plants whenever and whenever she wants. Normally the area she can feel other plans is around 10,000 km, but it may differ depending on the amount of Pink Mist in an area and also natural blockers like mountains that are rich of mana absorbing metals.Invitation to the roots
Aliry prefers to transform her victims instead of killing them. If someone is taking her wrath on themselves, she will hunt them down as soon as they are close to plants. Normally, Aliry will transform her prey either into a normal plant, like a big tree, or to a Dryad or Alraune. People who are willingly seeking her will have a way better time during the transformations, as she enjoys welcoming people back into nature.Mental characteristics
Personal history
Not much is known about the person that later became the goddess Aliry. She was born in the Age of Goddesses as a Fae and always had a close connection to nature. During her life, she became powerful enough to break through the veil and transform herself into a Goddess. If this was done willingly and with a goal, or simply happened without her will is unknown. After her transformation, Aliry retreated deeper into the vast jungles of the Sylvan Lands, the area that is called the Froglands today. There she stayed until the War of the Gods with little contact with the outside world.
During the war, Aliry tried to remain isolated and neutral. Still, the invading forces of the Humans and the fact that their goddess Lia seemed to had the goal to catch her to steal her powers eventually let Aliry join the war on the side of Sylvia. She used her power over the plantlife to let each forest, each swamp, each jungle, and every living plant under her control fight against the invaders. Crops would not grow for them. Wood would foul away before they could burn it on a cold night. And those that became desperate and weak enough, were lured into her forests and jungles. Aliry transformed them into the first Dryads and Alraunes. Many of the local Lamia population saw what she did and began worshipping her as the mother of nature. Aliry, who preferred isolation over worshipping, nevertheless accepted these lamia tribes and blessed them. They were later became known as the Woodscale Lamias.
After the war ended, the goddess was well-known to the world. Her will to isolate and to enjoy the nature, became near impossible as people began praying to her for a good harvest or for renaturation after the war. Aliry realized that as a goddess, she could not isolate herself forever and decided to use her abilities for nature itself. Prayers were answered and her dryads and alraunes, as well as many of the woodscale lamias, began to travel the world in her name. They claimed regions for nature and let thick forests and jungles, dangerous swamps, and flower fields grow wherever they saw fit. Aliry, who was connected to nature itself, appeared in many areas of Bardor. Nowadays, it is harder to meet Aliry than most other gods, but it is possible.
Morality & Philosophy
Aliry loves nature and life itself. She prefers those who protect her blessings of the world. Big villages and cities are disliked by her, as they are not natural and not in harmony with nature. Buildings out of stone, which were not built into natural caves but with stone that was carved from nature, are against her will. Humans are especially disliked by her, and any human will find it much harder to earn her blessings than a member of most other species. Most interactions Aliry had with humans were negative, so she is biased against them. That means not that it is impossible to get on her good side as a human, just that she in general does not trust humans easily and will see them in a darker light than other species who are closer to nature.
