The Neutral Realm

The Neutral Realm is another source of magic for a Tekhne Possena or magic user. This Realm is somewhat less mysterious than The Chaos Realm because more magic users tend to use the Neutral Realm.

Although this realm is significantly less unpredictable than the Chaos Realm it is not as powerful. The Neutral Realm does give a magic user a significant amount of power, but for more complex and lengthy spells the Neutral Realm does not give any extra "push" for the magic user. It gives steady streams of power and does not often have "surges."

The Neutral Realm is housed somewhere in the Home of the Gods. No one is sure where and the gods refuse to speak about the magical world to anyone, even though they were the ones who granted us access. (According to the historical texts)
