Zell

Zell is a feral caterpillar that was found wandering the woods.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Zell is a miinu toddler who appears to be a carpet moth caterpillar. They have pale skin and soft fluffy hair. They are small and pudgy and often cocooned in a 'blanket' made from matted fabric fibers and scraps. Their biological sex is to be determined, so they go by nonbinary terms for now.

Physical quirks

Zell can and often does chew and swallow fabric fibers and then spits them up to make a cocoon.

Personal history

Not much is known about Zell as they are so young, but as they were found in the woods with no guardians, it's assumed they were a feral, born from an ordinary carpet moth insect and no miinu to raise them. Somehow, they survived for quite a while on their own, as they appear to be about two years old when he was found by Symon Cantillo and crew. They took care of the child until they were able to find a band of nomadic miinu, who agreed to take Zell in as one of their own, being adopted by Greg and Sabbeth.

Personality Characteristics

Zell is a very curious, but shy child. They aren't yet developed enough to talk but they express their needs through noises and random babble. They have a ravenous apatite and will sneak into food storages to eat whatever they can put in their mouth. They get upset if you try to take their blanket from them and will cry until it's either returned to them or they get a new one as replacement.
