Oshakan People of Ellios
The refined and honorable peoples found atop the mountains of Ellios, the Oshakan are an old race of humans. Patroned by the Warrior HyeoJun, the Oshakans are defined by their religious dedication to honor and grace. Oshakan Samurai are deadly warriors and skilled socialites trained through aggressive and difficult trials that earn them a fair amount of respect from the peaceful Oshakan populous.
Defined by the ever-wagging war against the Ellios Mountain Dwarves, the Oshakan can be viewed in many different lights from outsiders. Mountain Dwarves- also paragons of honor- believe the Oshakan to be near lawless. While Fraykarans may see their foreign human relations as more dangerous and strange makers of war.
The mountainous southern country of Ellios is also home to the Mountain Dwarves with home the Oshakans are often at war.

Naming Traditions
Family names
Oshakan names can be modeled after most real world east Asian cultures and names. The surname does come before the given name and most given names are generally unisex. Family or Clan names are passed down through male family members. Female children are not removed from the family tree after marriage and although they take another family name, their accomplishments can still be attributed to their birth Clan name or lineage.

House names often have more symbolism and are representative of animals or elements or other symbols of power. Some examples of Samurai House Names:
AgmaMeoli, Akuma, Baem-Wang, Diao, DogsuliuiNun, Goemul, GomBaltob, Guaiwu, HebinoUrufu, Hebinouma, LongHuo, Monsuta, PalkonMunjang, XiongZhao, Yongma

Fi would be the Clan name, GyoHyung is the individual's name, and they trained under the Fenikkusu House of Samurai

Culture
Major language groups and dialects
Oshakan as a language sounds similar to Korean or Japanese- particularly avoiding the tonal sounds of Chinese and Thai. The script is again a combination of Japanese and Korean. It also takes notes from Chinese, having a traditional script that is more similar to the character systems of Japanese and Chinese as well as having a simplified script more like the Korean Hangul alphabet that is combined to create the characters.

Oshakan Samurai
Modeled after HyeoJun the First Samurai, many different houses maintain very similar ancient rituals and academies for the training of Samurai warriors. Samurai, regardless of their house, are well respected and known as powerful warriors. Samurai are not gender specific, although most houses have a male warrior at the head of combat training and a female warrior at the head of social training.
Oshakan Humans are based heavily on most east-Asian real life cultures. Influenced mostly by Korean and Japanese culture, Oshakan does also include a lot of ancient Chinese and some sprinkles of Thailand and Tibet.
