A priest from the old world that came to Arcadia to look for an answer to his religious pilgramage. He joined a small "buisness venture" with a local group of criminals. When fleeing a burning building, that not only belonged to the government but also was burnt down by his party, he decided to go back in to loot the place. He turned to tell the men approaching that he didn't do anything. He thought it was a good idea.
