ûltus

The Theocracy of ûltus was created following a coup d'etat of Thesstratus. The country is operated by a select group of priests. Geographically, it is a mountainous area, with lots of land left barren from previous conflicts. Constructs, barricades and armaments scatter the landscape - left to rust or simply forgotten. This keeps the population quite isolated, due to the hazardous nature of some of this wreckage. As a Geopolitical power, they were legitimised by The Coalition, after their contribution towards the war effort - despite their refusal to join. However, they know the details about the infernal bargain that was made in order to retake their city.
