Following the splintering of combined Tohasean society, the rabbitfolk developed their own society, building homes in burrows that extended deep underground. They a quiet and contemplative people, with a deep love of nature and a profound respect for the power of magic.
The rabbitfolk have a strong connection to the land, and they knew the forest like the back of their paws. They are skilled at foraging for food, and they have developed a system of tunnels and underground passages that allowed them to move about the forest with ease.
Despite their small size, the rabbitfolk are a formidable force when it came to defending their homes and way of life. They are experts at using their agility and speed to evade danger, but when they have to fight, they do so with fierce determination and skill.

A Brave New World
Rabbitfolk will seek adventure because of the new experiences it provides. Entering caves and dens, exploring ancient ruins, and learning of lost worlds and civilizations ignites a rabbitfolk's curiosity to no end. It takes little to influence a rabbitfolk to head out into the wide world, but they won't do so without forethought. They enjoy anything new and will relish new locales and sensations, viewing any of this with a lust for life.

Brown rabbitfolk are inquisitive, often to a fault. They are curious and wish to learn about new things, be it armor, magic, history, or the cosmology of the world. This can, at worst, give them an air of superiority, but most of the time, they are simply impulsive, albeit annoyingly so.
