Master's Voice
An innate effect that all Vectors succumb to when they hear (Or perceive that they are hearing) the voice of a singing human. The sound has to be analogue since anything digital can be altered which ruins any potential authenticity of it.
While under the effects of the Master's Voice, vectors enter a haze-like trance and are slightly more malleable. If the character fails a Mind: Perceive or a Community: Perceive check then they gain the Weakness/Delirium EDA Condition for 1d6 minutes or until the singing has stopped. In combat, the character can make another saving throw at the end of each subsequent turn.
