Features: Allows the Runesmith to invoke the Rune and cast Longstrider once per day, and +3 Intiative once inscribed it into a talisman or clothing, light or medium armor. Can't be used with Heavy armor. Inscribing can be done with any material. The inscription cannot be stacked.
