Daasis

The Matron of The Sea

Summary
Daasis, the goddess of fertility, family, bodies of water, storms, and trade. The one who tamed the great elemental chaos to bring water to the world at the same time helping border the great water plane. Through her gift of water, she brought plants and creatures life and carved the earth into a new shape, carving the world to wonderful sights and horrifying canyons just like the same water that sustains is the same that can drown you. Daasis has some artifacts that are known of one is an actual document artifact that was used by a hero to fend off a pirate attack on the bright empire, the wave breaker a hook shaped sword that makes someone a fiendish warrior while within the waters and gives the wielder the ability to create tidal waves. There was also net called the net of the nebula that takes the target to the void that the net seems to be made of. The great matron resides in a realm called the great blue where the inhabitants live either in the waters with the ability to breathe water like air or above it, sailing across this massive blue expanse passing from city to city.
Worshipers & Priests
Most of the goddess’ worshipers are merchant and sailors, there aren’t any priests. Some matrons, called the baptized, guide the worshipers on the tenets and prayers of the goddess taken from The Scrolls of Nature. These are the religious texts of the church brought to them by a prophet called The Quite Diviner, a mute woman who was given the gift of communicating with the matron.
Churches
There is one church that is similar to a lighthouse that is called the matron’s beacon the structure serves as both a light house and a church. It is located near where the ruins of the old coastal trading town is located, as a promise to the goddess that such betrayal will never happen again.
Tenets
You shall ask only fair prices for what you produce.   You shall not betray your family.   You shall ask only fair prices for what you produce.   You shall be tolerant and accepting.   You shall not eat more than you need and make sure everyone has their fair share.   You shall not condemn people for the way they were born, for they too are my creation.   You shall not desire more than your fair share.   You shall care for children orphaned by misfortune.   You shall love your children unconditionally.   You shall not desire other's possessions.   Slay abominations and other dark mockeries of nature.

Description
A giant woman with the body colored like the sea, of blues and greens. Her hands had talons. Her elbows had fins and green hair of seaweed and kelp. Her white eyes were reminiscent of pearls, and her voice sounded like the fiercest sea storm, booming with breaking waves or like a tranquil wave hitting the shore. The towering visage wore jewelry made of seashells, carried a trident, and was dressed in a flowing cape made out of countless pale-purple jellyfish.
Artifacts
The wave breaker: A great hooked shaped sword that gave one the ability to control the waves made from the bones of a great sea beast. It was given to the to defeat the captain of the bright eaters.   The net of the nebula: A gift from the great darkness, that would imprison the person caught in it within the void between the stars.
