Summary: Phraya grew up as the best friend of future Chieftain, Lawrence Henda and the pair did everything together and as most children do make promises at a young age that one often forgets while the other never does; Lawrence having made the promise to marry Phraya when they became adults. Phraya never forgot that promise and kept waiting for Lawrence to keep it and she stood by his side even after he became Chieftain acting as one of his most trusted advisors. After Lawrence went missing during a hunting trip, the tribe went into a state of panic and Phraya stepped up and began taking care of the duties of the Chieftain and has been the acting Chieftain for roughly 3 and a half years and unlike the majority of the tribe Phraya still believes that Lawrence is alive.
