The main city of the empire it holds most of the population and many of the trading, barracks, and establishments as well as the churches except for the main ones for each religion, currently working on rebuilding their broken wall, it is divided into section, while no slums existed withing the broken walls the closer you are into the center of the city the wealthier the folks and establishments are.
