Ibriz - Ice Genasi Master

Ibriz is an elder Ice Genasi who is an Elemental Master that trains and teaches water, air, and ice genasi. Ice Genasi are some of the rarest genasi variants in Soldaana as rarely do the elements settle on both water and air. Often genasi will instead become either water or ir. Ice genasi possess even rarer abilities in which they can seemingly control heal and temperature over large areas. They do this by either absorbing or dispelling heat within them - which they can do up to a certain extent depending on the desired temperature. In fact, Ibriz has an important task in which he regularly alters the temperature of the biomes of each genasi land within the College so that the respective genasi can thrive in those areas.
