Roe-Bin - Air Genie

Roe-Bin is one of the oldest genie, as well as entity, on Soldaana. She is one of few powerful air genie that were conceived by Loterna before The Convergence. While other air genie, known as Djinn, survey and protect the lands of Soldaana - Roe-Bin has instead taken helm as a leader of The College of Primordials in Ellidell, being one of the Four Elements.
Roe-Bin serves to teach all Air Genasi and those who wish to learn the element. She also serves as the political liason and representative for the College in the capital of Ellidell and all around Soldaana.
