After being teleported against our will to the last tear of Selune we found someone before us had walked there before, only by their footsteps.A school of space whales few near enough that we were able to attract with lighting of objects. We managed to attract on of the whales close enough to us that we could fly from the moon to it and then begin riding it.
The whale had been a victim of space whaling with harpoons still plunged into them. In an attempt at peacemaking we did remove the harpoons. Soon we were attacked by parasites in the whale. While challenging the parasites were able to be eliminated.
Through a combination of Celestian language and spell magic we were determine the whale was willing to take us to a tower on an asteroid in orbit of the primary moon Selune.
This tower is Toppela's tower, under the command of Miss Toppela, the only living person in the 3 room tower. Though she is cared for by a squadron of robotic assistance.
We asked for assistance in returning to Toril. The robots did not have the ability but said Miss Toppela did.
We attempted to discuss the matter, but upon examination she bears the marking and behavior of the cultists we have previously dealt with. As we pleaded with her, the entity known as Julius spoke through her and mocked our attempts.
The Robots advised that Miss Toppela saw the shadow storm fall 247 days ago. 87 days after that, she fell to her depression.
After Julius's mocking we began to realize there was little help with her, herself.
The tower itself also had a telescope that we used to try to understand what had created Miss Topela's condition. Ralla was essentially jubilant when she looked through it. But did report she saw the evidence of a massively developed city on the dark side of the moon, but unfortunately, it looks to have fallen to ruin and destruction.
Erik looked through the scope, saw a few general items, but of mundane mind could not assist further. Finally Valas looked through and saw something shocking enough causing him to faint and resulting in a teleport of us back to the Fort.
