Westphal
Westphal is located on the southern coast on Snowdown Ride along the Sea of Swords. Before the start of the war plenty of Amnian ships were usually docked in the harbor. A host of seedy tavern and fest halls catered to the visiting sailors' needs. The castle of Caer Westphal overlooked the city and was laid out in a manner similar to that of Caer Callidyrr.
