Fral is one of the two celestials that reside within The Bluewell Islands and is the celestial of joy.
Fral grants the islanders promises of certain goods if needed through celestial means but at a circumstantial cost. Islanders should think twice before making deals with Fral.
The sacrifices made to the celestials of The Bluewell Islands are circumstantial and are extreme at times.
