Establishment of the Eldwell Parliament of the People

Founding

Empress Sophronia II establishes a representative parliament of the people of Eldwell as a body able to discuss and suggest laws, form bills, and enact the Empress's will into law.
  The Parliament was created as an independent body to represent the people of the Empire and help the Empress to organize the rescue and rebuild efforts during and after the Burn.
