Pero

The Pero species was created by CrayCafe for the ROBLOX game Creatures of Sonaria. I do not claim credit for anything regarding this species aside from the content I have created for my fanfic.

Pero are a species of small birds capable of flight.

Basic Information

Anatomy

The bodies of these creatures are similar in shape to those of birds. The resemblance ends with the long protrusions extending from the head and tail. Each protrusion ends with a glowing bulb.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Peros are omnivores, though certain individuals seem to have a preference for meat versus plants or vice versa.

Biological Cycle

• fur gets thicker & fluffier during the colder months

Average Intelligence

• slightly smarter than the average corvid

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Glowing bulbs allow Peros to turn invisible at will. They cannot remain invisible while flying, save for a few individuals. Even those individuals cannot maintain their invisibility while flying for more than a minute.
