Arcano

The moment man devoured the fruit of knowledge, he sealed his fate. Entrusting his future to the cards, man clings to a dim hope. Yes, the Arcana is the means by which all is revealed.

Arcano users depend upon probability and randomness as their advantage. Honing their powers through probability and unpredictability. Their essence is generally tied to a source of probability such as dice, cards, a random number generator, or so on, and is is made up of and or gains strength/power from the one or more of the various options. The most standard formation is that of cards in a Tarot card deck. This can imbue the user with a number of powers closely associated with the card's meaning and the motifs and illustrations therein, or by extension in the case of a die, a multiplication or subtraction of ones power.
One master of the Arcano element is that of The Fated Fool, who uses a stacked deck of beneficial tarot cards that he has honed over his many lifetimes and existances to create fun (for him) and chaotic shows of great buffing power to himself, or nerfing powers to others. However he has no say in which cards are drawn, and as such, it is LITERALLY up to fate.   It is also noted that the Fated Fool often deals in stacking probability against others, and as such has a near constantly piety outlook of somewhere likely in the negative thousands.   Extremely experienced practioners in this practice can beckon forward the embodiments of cards from the Dreamlands to serve them through temporary portals that the cards or 'probability object' make up. Arcano users generally are extremely feared by those around them.
