Matriarchs

"A Patriarch or Matriarchal Cosmos Dragon is the closest you will ever understand to a concieveable identifying 'sexual dimorphism' we have. It means neither male nor female in your humanoid undertsanding. It relates to the differences between our reproductive cycles and base instincts."
— Selene
Matriarchs are social by instinct, and are by far the rarest, serving at 5% of the population of Cosmos Dragons. Warm outwardly in disposition, and are most commonly monogamous solitary creatures but are known to take small collections of mates, and enjoy being around their young, most often to travel in large groups. They often choose willingly to interact socially with other beings—even other dragons whom are not their chosen travel companion—preferring to delight in colonies and formations of order and unionship amongst themselves. In addition, A Matriarch can bear a conceive/receive clutch of eggs anually. The toll it leaves on the Patriarch's body, with its biological switch, is not present in Matriarchs what so ever. Allowing them to concieve multiple litters.   Matriarchs also tend to be double the normal standard size of a Patriarchal Cosmos Dragon.
