Minerth Planetary Document
"Most planets, even if you don't want to accept it, their natural lifecycle is an apocolyptic situation. When we interfere we tamper with the planets whims. Which could make the planet terminate itself. Its cruel to leave people here yes, but.. You have to admit. Its building survivors.Minerth is a massive planet, that was once a civilization for Aigo descended peoples. However, their entire civilization seemed to collapse during the collapse of Conria, with Blight based experiments. The blight based experiments went on to mutate as life tends to do, and create a potent disease that is referred to by the people of the planet as 'L.A.12'.
It causes a host of neurological deformations and deteriorations, a cannibal like desire for others of their species. However some unique individuals that has not been completely understand are turned into 'Special Infected'. There is likely a disease based mutation which is attempt to evolve these undead towards a viable race to survive with the disease inside of them. Some examples of special infected are over developed leg muscles for bolting, jumping, and leaping, elongated tongues which can shoot out similar to a frog, and hyper muscle growth to allow them to shoot through walls. People who are still alive on this surface are referred to as 'Mina'. A offshoot of humanoids that seem to be reliant on themselves, and likely suffering from some sort of minor psychosis all things considered. They tend to care very little for their living situation, as this is all they have known, and engage with the world in a fighting, and playful spirit. They tend to be faster, go without food for longer than other human subspecies, quick thinking, and be universally skilled craftsmen. They live off the old technology their predecessors left behind, which seems to come in the form of post industrial era guns, like automatics. The civilization did not get very far technologically before everything in their neck of the woods began to collapse with blight experiments. However, a giant corrupted Meteorian who fell during Conria, seems to be the only reason why this planet survived; as a guardian of it, keeping the planet alive by slumbering within its surface, giving its life energy, however corrupted it may be, to the planet. A similar situation happened on Sakatune.
Mina Humans
Mina Humans are the byproduct of this evolutionary tree on Minerth. They have a increased disease resistance, which seems to even expand onto divine diseases like Vampirism. It is unclear if it would apply onto Primordial diseases. The people of the planet tend to move quickly and quietly, but have good senses of humor, and seem to live for the moment. And why shouldn't they considering that this apocolypse seemed to be active hundreds of years before the arrival of the Truebloods. They also can go without food and water for longer than your standard humanoid.
The Cold Bodies Most of the infected of Minerth are referred to as 'Cold Bodies' 'Infected' or 'Shamblers'. They are not your typical movie zombies, as the blight infection in their bodies seems to make them prone to speed and ferociousness. However, the survivors of Minerth seem very experienced in distracting and surviving in these horrid conditions.
