Cloudbreak City

Established shortly after the Treaty of Five Crowns was signed, Cloudbreak City is one of the newest colonies in Sonis. Though Ottomar Porstman hailed from the Stratos Stormhold, he had a vision in his heart unlike that of the cruelly subjugated place he called home in his youth. Establishing a port of free trade and open minds, Cloudbreak City has become what’s known best as an adventurer’s town. With nearly every guild having an agent or branch established in the city and with many a merchant from Ozul and elsewhere making port in the town to offload goods outside of Stormhold purvey, Cloudbreak City enjoys the most vibrant melting pot of culture in Sonis. With the city having passed to Ottomar’s son, it maintains a reputation of being one of the best starting places for any adventure, possessing perhaps not the best of anything in a specific category, but owning the best cross section of all things Sonis.
