Chizire (chiz-IRE)
Chizire is from Kibwe and spent most of his youth there. Even though he was extremely intelligent in many ways, he was unable to read no matter how many books or lessons he was given. Be the time a visiting Teacher Ot encountered him and recognized the youth was dyslexic, Chizire had, unfortunately, embraced the role of the slacker and screw-up that he had been labelled. Despite this, Chizire had taught himself basic chemistry and some magic, catching Teacher Ot's attention.
Chizire thrives at Magaambya, though he often uses his incredible deductive reasoning and intelligence for jokes, pranks, and trying to avoid classes. He infuriates most of his mentors, and some of the students, by refusing to make anything of himself, despite having no issues learning the lessons.
Chizire is known for his daring antics, such as infiltrating the kitchen or stealing magic items from campus, but rumor has it his ultimate goal seems to be enchanting one of Nantamu's 10 pillar landmarks. He can be found studying the pillars trying to find ways to bypass the many magical wards. Though well known, its never been proven.
During his first masking ceremony, he made a Crow Mask, planning on it being ironic. But sometimes when he believes he's alone, he stares at the mask, looking into his future. When the ceremony was attacked by dozens of insects Chizire had already sneaked out of the hall and didn't know of the attack until his cohort was called out to investigate one of the tunnels.
