The Commission of Mischief
The Commission of Mischief is the name given to the irregular meetings scheduled by the heads of The Four Families of Maezberg and the Visigoth. The Commission is convened every time there is business effecting the Four Families that needs to be discussed that can not be resolved through intermediaries.
There is no fixed location for meetings of the Commission, and it is a secretive event, usually occurring in some smokey backroom somewhere in Devil Town
The rules of attendance are that each Family head attends with one bodyguard and, a luxury not afforded the @vis, and the location is too remain secret from all but attendees. While the word of a Family head is beyond question, this rule is further enforced with powerful magical wards.
