Accomplishments & Achievements
Originally Alfred was known for being a spirited young man. An advocate for planer research and an approachable and affable gentlemen. He fielded a massive amount of research on Myrrine's Shell, the protective barrier that keeps the material plane separate from the outer planes. He has authored high level spells such as Alfred's Eternal Maze, Alfred's Dream of the Blue Veil, and his graduate thesis, Alfred's Capture Lessor Friends, a method of demon capturing that can bind a lesser fiend to a master without the use of blood or a soul, but at great magical cost.
He has also written many papers on defensive warding, and on the astral sea, even to this day as a recluse his research continues to lead breakthroughs on our understanding of the Astral sea, however difficult they are to parse.
Failures & Embarrassments
After acquiring his chair as a politically savvy, brilliant professor, Alfred would become increasingly withdrawn. He would cut contact with most friends and family, and routinely miss class. Soon he would stop going to Council meetings, and start sending unwitting clones to teach his courses. If it wasn't for his piles of research and clones, all of whom are convinced they are the original before the mud that makes their temporary forms breaks down, it is likely he would be presumed dead and seat replaced. As it is now, it is only a matter of time before the mad professor vanishes, and his scribblings cease.
