Coalition Service Academies

The Coalition Service Academies are a group of federal academies run by the Galactic Coalition.
In most cases, students may receive their education for free or heavily discounted in return for their services after completing their graduation and training.
Often, coalition member planets will also honor the credentials earned at the academies, placing alumni in similar positions to those they could get working for the coalition. Many coalition planets also have their own service academies associated with their government modeled after the coalition academy structure.

Armed Service Academies

Most of the schools known as Coalition Academies are used for the undergraduate or graduate training of commissioned officers in the Coalition armed forces. These schools are known as the Coalition Armed Service Academies
There are separate programs for undergraduate and graduate programs depending on the school.
The students at these academies are called Cadets and are referred to as the Cadet Corp or Cadet branch of the coalition armed services.

Coalition Army Academy

The Coalition Army Academy is a service academy that trains army officers for service.

General Holga Eshick - the dean of the Coalition Space Force Academy and a brigadier general in terms of rank. She is a strict and somewhat domineering force, but she really cares about the future and well-being of the academy.

Coalition Space Force Academy

The Coalition Space Force Academy trains Space Force and Air Force officers like pilots, systems officers, tactical officers, etc.
Because spacecraft tend to maneuver similarly in planetary atmospheres and space, the two divisions of space force and air force have basically been combined with the main distinction being in the size and maneuverability of the spacecraft.

Non-Military Service Academies

Coalition Academies are also used to train professionals who work as diplomates, Law Enforcement agents, Specialized inspectors and engineers, etc.
These are separate from the Armed Service Academies and are more associated with the federal government rather than the military forces.

Coalition Foreign Service Academy

The Coalition Foreign Service Academy is focused on training diplomats and foreign service workers to advance coalition objectives and foreign policy in foreign areas.

Law Enforcement Training and Education Center (LETEC)

The Law Enforcement Training and Education Center, commonly called LETEC (Lee-tech), is focused on training law enforcement officers and investigators, specifically those working with or for federal governments.

The Federal Academy for Science and Health, commonly called FASH (Faa-shh), is focused on training professional uniformed scientists and medical professionals.

Dr. Yerde Nadier - a Scientist who specializes in anthropology and linguistics. She is currently employed by the coalition and studying Nanosian culture and language on the planet Nanos.
Dr. Jannik Murian - a Scientist who specializes in marine biology. He is currently employed by the Coalition and is studying marine life on the planet Nanos.
