Kail is a tall and broad man, standing at 6ft 3in with a very athletic and muscular build. He has fair skin with warm undertones. He has short, buzzed, brown hair and a clean-shaven face. He has a rectangular face, blue eyes, and an aquiline nose.

Kail was born on
Ondea, a territory of
Cirelia, to a farming family and has one older brother, Devin. He has had numerous romantic relationships, but never anything long term and he always states that he prefers to be single in the long run.
Education
Kail got public Cirelian primary and secondary education and went to university for a few semesters before dropping out and joining law enforcement where he got investigation and weapons training.
Employment
After dropping out of university, Kail joined the local Cierlian law enforcement working his way up from a beat cop to an investigator. After working at this job for some time before joining PIB and joining the violent crime team under
Kiana Khan.
Personality Characteristics
Kail is a strong -both mentally and physically- and charismatic person with an outgoing personality and kind nature. He is quite confident and can be outspoken but he often knows when to keep his mouth shut. He is also quite private, preferring to keep his personal life private and not really bringing it up as he believes in the separation of personal things and duty.
