Federation of Earth is Established

The elites of Earth and Luna finally re-unite and form the Federation of Earth. Over 90% of the upper class has fled Earth itself, and now rule the planet from Luna. This new federation expands rapidly and establishes colonies around Jupiter, Saturn, and pushes even for the edges of the known System on Pluto.
