Hard to Hit

Level 1

  Whether by intense training, latent psionic ability, advanced tech, skin hardened by the use of Xenofauna or the right amount of radiation exposure, you have an innate hard to hit shell without armor. This grants you a base AC without any armor on, wearing armor nullifies this effect.   

Level 2

  Taking this in the second level allows the user once per day to boost the AC as a reaction after being hit, in order to block said hit.
